The RMVO will enhance the delivery of our repairs, maintenance, and void works functions by managing these activities while collaborating closely with contractors, residents, and frontline staff.
The successful candidate will have experience in providing these services for a housing provider. A strong understanding of procurement and contract management. An enhanced DBS check is required. This role will primarily be site-based with regular travel to properties, though occasional remote work may be permitted based on performance and business needs.
