Our process starts with searching our extensive database of candidates interviewed by our consultants. To attract further candidates, we use bespoke headhunting, networking, targeted social media and online advertising, and networking events. All candidates are thoroughly vetted and interviewed to assess their career aspirations, skills, and competencies.
For shorter-term positions, we actively maintain a large network of the best interim managers and temporary staff in the marketplace. All are pre-screened with completed employment and reference checks covering over 5 years, helping us quickly shortlist and supply the best candidates.
