Experience in managing and supporting the Homeless Prevention Team in delivering effective housing advice and prevention duties. Conduct a detailed risk assessment for housing support. Manage caseloads and liaise with local authorities and other agencies on behalf of clients regarding housing support. Support staff development and safeguarding procedures to meet clients' needs.
