This role involves providing strategic leadership for the estate and Health and Safety function, ensuring compliance, managing procurement and suppliers, and setting robust policies.
Extensive Health & Safety knowledge, supported by a recognised qualification (e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH) and previous experience in dual-use building compliance. Proven skills in strategic planning, contract management and adherence to compliance standards are essential.
£30K + Car allowance. Company Pension; 30 days annual leave.
