Working directly with the Team Leader in providing leadership to services designed to support vulnerable adults in reducing repeat homelessness and improving outcomes.
The Assistant Team Leader will be the direct line management for the RSAP staff, coaching and supporting staff professional development. Expected to deliver centred and trauma-informed support for people placed by the Local Authority. You'll be required to work across multiple services when needed to ensure the delivery of a wider support service is maintained.
